Each plan gives you points every month. 1 point is 1 US cent of AI use. Monthly is 400 points a month and yearly is 350. Munu’s voice is included, and so are 400 minutes of listening a month. Past those minutes, listening uses points.
Need more? A top-up is $4.99 for 300 points, for an active Munu Pro member. Munu Pro and top-ups are bought in the Munu phone app, through the App Store or Google Play. When the trial or a paid plan ends, Munu works again only with Munu Pro.

What Munu Pro includes

- Points for thinking and speaking. 1 point is 1 US cent of AI use. Monthly gives you 400 points a month and yearly gives you 350. Munu’s voice is included, and the points reset each month.
- 400 minutes of listening a month. Past those minutes, listening uses your points.
- Need more? A top-up is $4.99 for 300 points, a one-time purchase while your Munu Pro plan is active. Top-up points never expire, and Munu uses them after your monthly points.
- Updates to Munu while your plan runs.
- You can still bring your own keys. The plan costs the same, because it pays for Munu’s voice, cloud listening and updates. Claude Code and Codex both work with Munu, if you have one installed and signed in.

How buying works
- Start with the free trial. Sign in inside the app with your email. Munu sends you an 8-digit code. There is no password and no card. The trial is 3 days or 25 points, whichever ends first, one per email and per device.
- Buy in the Munu phone app. On your iPhone or Android phone, open Settings, then Account, and pick a plan. The App Store or Google Play takes the payment. The Windows and Mac apps sell nothing: they show a QR code that opens the phone app. Sign in with the same email and the plan works on your computers too.
- Manage or cancel any time. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in your App Store account settings or in Google Play subscriptions. The phone app has a Manage link in Settings, then Account.
Who takes the payment
Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) takes the payment, handles tax and sends your receipt. Your card details never reach Moon Labs. RevenueCat keeps the purchase records for us. The store's own terms apply too: Apple's Licensed Application EULA (opens in a new tab) or the Google Play terms (opens in a new tab).
Cancelling and refunds
When you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. A yearly plan gets a reminder email 7 days before it renews. Refunds are asked for from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from Google Play under its refund policy. We cannot refund store purchases ourselves. See the refund policy.

How much does Munu cost?
A new account gets a free trial of 3 days or 25 points, whichever ends first, with no card. After that, Munu Pro is $14.99 a month (400 points of AI a month) or $139 a year (350 points a month, about $11.58 a month). Voice and 400 minutes of listening a month are included in both. A top-up is $4.99 for 300 points. You buy Munu Pro in the Munu phone app, through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are US prices, and the store shows your local price with any tax.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial ends after 3 days, or sooner if you use its 25 points. Munu then tells you that the trial has ended and works again only with Munu Pro, which you start in the Munu phone app. On a computer, Munu shows a QR code that opens the phone app. Your notes stay in your folder either way, because they are ordinary files on your computer.
What does Munu Pro include?

Is there a limit on voice?
Munu’s voice is included in your points. Listening has its own allowance: 400 minutes a month on both plans. Past the plan’s minutes, listening uses points. In the free trial, listening uses the trial’s 25 points. If you run out of points, a top-up is $4.99 for 300 points, or you wait for the monthly reset.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you keep the plan until then. The Munu phone app has a Manage link in Settings > Account. Do I need an OpenRouter or Deepgram account?
No. The free trial and Munu Pro include the AI use, so there is nothing else to sign up for. Bringing your own keys is optional and the plan costs the same, because it pays for Munu’s voice, cloud listening and updates. Claude Code and Codex both work with Munu, if you have one installed and signed in.
How old do I need to be?
