The small-print for munetic.net: a quiet public site for describing products, publishing records, and sharing work.

These terms govern your use of munetic.net, the website of Moon Labs, a software studio in Yerevan, Armenia. Each Moon Labs app has terms of its own, linked from the legal index; the terms on this page cover the website itself.

1. Using the site

The site exists to describe Moon Labs's products and to host their legal documents. You may browse, link to and quote it. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith security research, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others. Quoting with attribution is welcome.

2. Content and accuracy

The site's content is provided for general information. Figures on the site state what they measure and the date they were last checked, and we correct errors when we find them or when a reader points them out; still, the content is provided "as is", without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is medical, financial or legal advice.

3. Intellectual property

The site's text, product screenshots, app icons and photographs belong to Moon Labs unless stated otherwise. Store badges and third-party marks belong to their owners. Licensing questions and requests are handled through the image rights page.

4. Privacy

The website itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies and collects no personal data from visitors. Details, and every app's privacy policy, are in the legal index.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moon Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and its total cumulative liability arising from the site shall not exceed USD 50. The site is free to use, and links to third-party sites (stores, profiles, cited sources) lead to services Moon Labs does not control.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes belong to the competent courts of Armenia.

7. Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date above changes with them. Questions go to munetic.studio@gmail.com; replies usually come within 48 hours.
