1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to GlowAI. These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Moon Labs regarding your use of the GlowAI mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using GlowAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GlowAI is a facial-measurement app for cosmetic and entertainment purposes. It analyzes selfies you capture and produces facial-harmony and attractiveness-style scores, tier and archetype labels, and a personalized "glow-up" plan. It also includes an AI Coach and routine builder spanning skincare, hair, grooming, fitness, nutrition, sleep and related wellness, plus optional product suggestions.

Photos are analyzed with the help of Google Gemini over secure HTTPS channels, your scan history is stored encrypted in your account, and you can delete individual scans or the whole account at any time.

Important: scores, tiers and labels are subjective, AI-generated estimates for entertainment only. They are not a measure of your worth, and they are not medical diagnoses or professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for any health or skin concern.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowAI. We ask your age during sign-up and block accounts under 13, but we do not formally verify age or identity. If you are under 18, use GlowAI only with a parent or guardian's permission.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials confidential, and to hold one account per person.

4. Acceptable use

You may upload your own facial images for analysis, view and track your results, and use the coaching and educational content the app provides. You may not upload images of another person without their consent, submit unlawful or inappropriate content, attempt to break or probe the Service's security, use bots or automated tools against it, use it commercially without authorization, or use it in violation of applicable law. If you use Explore, the GlowAI community, the community rules also apply.

5. Free features, credits and purchases

GlowAI is free to download. The first scan, the harmony score and a guided look at your top fixable measurements cost nothing. Scans consume credits; a failed analysis never consumes one, and free credits are subject to fair-use and daily limits that exist to prevent abuse. Free credits have no cash value.

Some features, such as coach memory and routine planning, are paid, and additional credits may be offered for purchase. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their billing terms, with the price shown before you confirm. Refunds for store purchases follow the refund policies of the store you bought through; where those policies leave the decision to the developer, we handle requests case by case at munetic.studiogmail.com.

6. Medical disclaimer

GlowAI is not a medical device or a medical service. It does not diagnose conditions, does not provide professional medical advice, and does not recommend treatment. Use its results for educational and entertainment purposes, and consult a healthcare professional for any medical or skin concern rather than relying on an app's analysis.

7. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your data, including your photos, is described in the GlowAI Privacy Policy. In short: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, face data goes only to the AI provider that analyzes it, and you can export or delete everything yourself.

8. AI-generated content and accuracy

GlowAI uses third-party artificial intelligence (currently Google Gemini) to analyze your photos and generate scores, descriptions, coach responses, routines, and product suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and aesthetic scores and tiers are subjective estimates for entertainment, not facts and not a judgment of your worth. Do not rely on GlowAI for medical, health, dietary, fitness, or other professional decisions.

9. Your content and license

You keep ownership of the photos and content you submit. You confirm the photos are of yourself (or that you have the necessary permission) and grant Moon Labs a limited, revocable license to process, transmit (including to our AI provider), and store that content solely to provide GlowAI's features to you. We do not use your face images to train AI models or for advertising. When you delete a scan or your account, the associated content is deleted from our systems, except the limited Explore records and legal holds described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Explore, the GlowAI community

Explore is the part of GlowAI where people share guides, questions, discussions, comments, polls, collections and routines. To post in Explore you must join it and agree to these Terms, the community rules and the Privacy Policy. When we change them in a way that matters, we ask you to agree again before you can keep posting.

Age. You must be 13 or older to use Explore. If we do not know your age, we hide adult content from you. Users from 13 to 17 use Explore like adults: they can post, comment, vote, follow, mention people, share links and make a profile. For them, adult content (posts about procedures, medicine or doses) is filtered out on every surface, and they cannot post photos or files. Where a law asks for more, we follow it. In California they do not get a personalized For You feed. In the UK their For You feed stays off until they turn it on, and by default their name, bio and pinned post show only to their followers, adults cannot find them in search or follow them first, and only people they follow can reply to them; they can change these settings. From January 1, 2027 in Vermont and January 25, 2027 in New York, users under 18 get no personalized For You feed and no Explore notifications between midnight and 6 AM; in Vermont their notifications also start off, the UK defaults above apply, and an adult they do not follow cannot reply to or vote on their posts. In Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas, Explore is read-only for everyone for now, and in Ohio and Australia it is read-only for users under 16, because of those places' laws on minors' social media accounts: you can read guides and discussions, but you cannot post, comment or make a profile. If you are under 18 and we do not know your country, or you are in the US and we do not know your state, Explore is read-only for you until you tell us where you live. In the UK, or when we do not know your country, you can see content marked for adults only when your app store also confirms you are an adult. If you think we have your age wrong, email us and a person will review it. You must give your real age and, where we ask, the state or country you live in. Giving false details breaks these Terms.

One account, real people. One Explore account per person. You may not pose as someone else, run fake or automated accounts, or buy, sell or share accounts.

11. Community rules

The full rules, with examples, are on the community rules page. In short:

  1. Be kind. No insults, threats or bullying.
  2. Never rate or mock how someone looks.
  3. Only post photos of yourself.
  4. No dangerous advice, drugs or selling.
  5. Keep personal details private, yours and others'.
  6. No sexual content. Adults must never seek contact with anyone under 18.
  7. No hate, violent threats or support for terrorism.
  8. Never encourage self-harm or eating disorders. If you are struggling, we show you support first.
  9. You must be 13 or older to use Explore.
  10. No fake accounts, posing as someone else, spam or scams.
  11. Only share what you have the right to share, and nothing illegal.
  12. Share what worked for you, not medical advice. Posts about procedures, medicine or doses are for adults only.
  13. New accounts, anonymous posts and first links get an extra check before others see them.

12. How we moderate

Nothing you post in Explore is visible to anyone else until it passes a safety check. An AI language model and lists of words and phrases that break the rules check every post, comment, edit and profile field. The result can be: shown to everyone the rules allow; shown to adults only while a person reviews it; or held so nobody sees it while a person reviews it. If the check is not available, your post waits and stays hidden until it can be checked. The most serious cases, such as anything that may harm a child, threats of violence, terrorism or a risk of self-harm, go straight to the person on our safety team who handles them.

Automated tools can only hold content, limit who sees it, or limit a feature for a short time. Only a person on our team can give a strike, suspend or ban an account. While a person reviews a report, we may hide the content for a while: at once for the most serious reports, and when several different accounts that are at least 7 days old report the same thing. Hiding it is not a decision and does not add a strike. We may also remove content, limit it to adults, or stop showing it in feeds and search when it breaks the rules or the law. Explore feeds and ranking never use your scans, face data or archetype, and posts with a face photo or a scan number never get votes, polls or rankings.

13. Strikes, suspensions and bans

When a person on our team decides that your content broke a rule, you may get a strike. A strike counts for 180 days. If you have 3 strikes that count at the same time, you cannot post for 14 days; you can still read and appeal. A strike within 365 days after an earlier suspension leads to a ban. Three copyright strikes within 365 days lead to a ban. Some rules lead to a ban the first time: sexual content involving anyone under 18, other child safety harms, sharing intimate images without consent, and terrorism. A ban means you can no longer post in Explore. Posts about self-harm by someone who is struggling never lead to a strike; we show support instead. If an appeal succeeds, we remove the strike and any suspension or ban it caused.

14. Notices and reasons

Each time we remove, hold or limit your content, or restrict your account, you get a notice in the app. It says what we did and how far it reaches, the rule or law it was based on, the facts we relied on, whether an automated tool found or decided it, and how you can challenge it. We may hold back or delay a notice when the law requires it, for example when an authority orders us not to tell you while it investigates. If you reported something, you get a notice about what we decided too.

15. Appeals and other ways to resolve a dispute

You can appeal any decision about your content or account, and any decision about a report you sent, from the notice in the app, for 6 months after the notice. A person on our team reviews every appeal, and we aim to answer within 7 days. If the appeal succeeds, we reverse the decision. Appeals are free.

You can also edit and resubmit your post, or go to court. If you live in the European Union, you can take the dispute to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act; its decision does not bind you, and you keep the right to go to court. If you live in the United Kingdom, you can complain to us about content, about our moderation or about how we keep to our safety duties, and you may bring a claim for breach of these Terms if we restrict your content or account in breach of them.

16. Reporting content, including illegal content

You can report any post, comment or profile from its menu in the app, and you can block or mute any user. People without an account can report too. The reporting page explains every way to report. A report about illegal content should say why you think it is illegal, where it is (the link or the post), your name and email address, and that you believe the report is accurate and complete. You may report child sexual abuse material without giving your name. A person reviews every report. We aim to act within 24 hours on reports of intimate images or photos of someone posted without their consent, within 1 hour on an order from an authority about terrorist content, and within 48 hours on other reports. Please do not send reports about child safety, intimate images or self-harm by email; use the app or the reporting page. Child safety is covered on the child safety page.

17. Copyright

Only post what you made or have the right to share. If you think something in Explore infringes your copyright, send us a notice through the reporting page or by email to munetic.studiogmail.com. Under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)) the notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; the work you say is infringed; where the material is in Explore; your address, phone number and email address; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed after a copyright notice and you think that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice (17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3)) with your signature, the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of your address, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you accept service of process from the person who sent the notice. We send a copy of your counter-notice, including your contact details, to the person who sent the original notice. Unless that person tells us they have filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are banned, as explained above.

18. Your Explore content and our license

You keep ownership of what you post in Explore. By posting, you give Moon Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, show, translate, format and share your content inside GlowAI, and to check it for safety, for as long as it stays in Explore. Other users may read it, save it and start routines from it inside GlowAI. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or under a legal hold, and except for routines other users already copied into their own accounts. You confirm that you have the rights to what you post and that it does not break these Terms or the law.

Posts in Explore are the views of the people who wrote them, not of Moon Labs. They are not medical advice. Check with a doctor or other qualified professional before you try a treatment, medicine, supplement or diet.

Parental control tools that can limit what minors see online are commercially available, such as Apple Screen Time and Google Family Link.

19. Intellectual property

GlowAI, including its software, design, models, and content (excluding your own content), is owned by Moon Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

20. Product suggestions

GlowAI may name skincare, grooming or other products that fit your results. These are general suggestions, not paid endorsements, and GlowAI contains no affiliate links: Moon Labs earns nothing if you buy a product. A product suggestion may offer a plain web search for the product name, which opens a third-party site governed by its own terms.

21. Third-party services and app stores

GlowAI relies on third-party services (such as Google Gemini and Google Firebase) governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use is also subject to those stores' terms. On iOS, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them, and Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it.

22. Account termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile, then Privacy & Security, then Delete Account. Deletion is immediate on confirmation, all your data is permanently erased, and the action cannot be undone. The account deletion page walks through it.

We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse, or to protect the Service, with notice where practicable. In Explore, suspensions and bans follow the strikes section above, and you get a notice with the reason and a way to appeal. Data belonging to a terminated account is deleted on the same schedule as a voluntary deletion. Store purchases on a terminated account remain governed by the store's refund policy; nothing extra is owed for access removed because of a violation.

23. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Analysis may be inaccurate, the Service requires an internet connection, it may not work on every device, and it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

24. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moon Labs's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Moon Labs for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute; legal proceedings must be brought in the competent courts of Armenia. This does not take away any mandatory right you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim there.

26. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Moon Labs about the Service. You may not assign these Terms; Moon Labs may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

27. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Updated" date above and, for material changes, tell you before they take effect. For Explore, we ask you to agree again before you can keep posting. Your continued use of GlowAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

28. Contact

Email munetic.studiogmail.com, or use the support feature inside the app. Replies usually come within 48 hours. The same address is how users and authorities can reach us about Explore. Reports about child safety, intimate images or self-harm go through the app or the reporting page, not email.
