Only Jump Up! 3D Parkour Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Only Jump Up! 3D Parkour (the "Game"), a mobile game developed and published by Moon Labs ("Moon Labs", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Game.

The Game is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Where you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or another region with mandatory consumer-protection rules, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

1. The Game

Only Jump Up! is a free-to-play 3D parkour game for mobile devices. The Game supports advertising via Unity Ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and advertising practices.

We may add, modify, or remove features of the Game from time to time. We may also suspend or discontinue the Game in whole or in part with or without notice.

2. Your license

Subject to these Terms, Moon Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and play the Game for non-commercial personal use on a device you own or control.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game;
• Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Game;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use the Game to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

3. Fair play

You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation, modifications, or any third-party software that interferes with the Game or with other players. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who, in our reasonable judgement, has engaged in such conduct.

4. Children

The Game is designed to be child-safe and is built to comply with COPPA in the United States and GDPR-K in the European Union. If you are under the age of consent in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Game with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Moon Labs collects no personal information from players at all; the Privacy Policy describes the technical data Unity Ads processes to serve advertising. If you are a parent or guardian with any concern about your child and the Game, contact us at munetic.studio@gmail.com and we will delete that information.

5. Advertising

The Game is supported by advertising provided by Unity Ads. Ads may be shown between gameplay sessions or as rewarded video offerings. The content of the ads is selected by Unity and its network partners, not by Moon Labs. We do our reasonable best to configure Unity for family-appropriate ad content where the device or account indicates the user is a child.

6. In-app purchases

The Game currently offers no in-app purchases; it is free and supported by advertising. If purchases are ever added, they will be processed by Google Play under its billing and refund policies, and these Terms will be updated before any charge exists.

7. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, art, music, sound design, characters, level layouts, and branding, is the intellectual property of Moon Labs. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest to you.

"Moon Labs", "Only Jump Up!", and related logos are trademarks of Moon Labs. You may not use them without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MUNETIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, the license granted under Section 2 ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Game.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
