01Privacy policy02Terms of service

This Privacy Policy explains what information Only Jump Up! 3D Parkour (the "Game"), developed by Moon Labs, handles when you play, and what choices you have. The Game is deliberately simple in this respect: it has no accounts, no sign-up, and no social features, and Moon Labs itself collects no personal data from it.

1. What Moon Labs collects

Nothing that identifies you. The Game has no account system, so we never receive your name, email, contacts or location. Unity Analytics records anonymous gameplay events (for example, that a level was completed) that cannot identify a player, and Moon Labs sees only those aggregates.

2. What third parties process

The Game is free and is supported by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). To serve and measure ads, Unity may process technical data from your device, including device identifiers, IP address, device type and operating system, and ad interaction data. Moon Labs does not receive this data and does not control what Unity collects; Unity's handling of it is governed by Unity's privacy policy ↗ (opens in a new tab). Device identifiers and IP addresses are personal data under laws such as the GDPR, which is why this section exists even though Moon Labs itself collects nothing.

The Game is configured to request family-appropriate, contextual ads. Ad content is selected by Unity and its partners rather than by Moon Labs, and you can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).

3. Children

The Game is designed to be safe for children and is built to comply with COPPA in the United States and GDPR-K in the European Union: no account creation, no chat, no social features, and no collection of personal data by Moon Labs. Ads are configured for family-appropriate content as described above. If you believe an ad shown in the Game was inappropriate, email munetic.studio@gmail.com with a screenshot and we will report it to Unity.

4. Data retention

Moon Labs stores nothing about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Game progress lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game. Unity's retention of the technical data it processes for advertising is described in Unity's own privacy policy, linked above.

5. Your rights

Because Moon Labs holds no personal data about players, requests for access, correction or deletion of Unity's advertising data go to Unity, through the privacy controls described in its policy. For anything else, or help making such a request, email us and we will do what we can: munetic.studio@gmail.com. Replies usually come within 48 hours.

6. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Armenia. The Game's terms of use are at Only Jump Up! terms.

7. Changes to this policy

If the Game's data practices ever change, this page will change with them and the date above will be updated. A change as significant as adding accounts or analytics that identify players would also be announced in the Game's store listing.
