Munu is made by Moon Labs. You can delete your account at any time.

1. First, cancel a store subscription
If you pay for Munu Pro, Apple or Google bills you until you cancel the subscription in the store. Deleting your Munu account or the app does not cancel it. Cancel first in your App Store account settings (iPhone) or in Google Play subscriptions (Android). The app shows this link before it deletes your account.
2. Delete it in the app
On your phone, open Munu and go to Settings, then Account. Tap Delete account, type the email you signed in with, and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
3. Or ask us by email
If you can no longer open the app, write to munetic.studiogmail.com from the email of your Munu account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 7 days and write back when it is done.
4. What is deleted
Your sign-in, your sessions, your linked devices, your push notification tokens, your access keys for AI use, your synced notes, your routines, your usage settings and your sign-in code requests. A Munu Pro plan ends at once on our side. Notes that are only on your own phone or computer stay there until you remove the app.
5. What is kept
Purchase records (what was bought, when, and the store transaction ID) are kept for as long as tax law requires, without your email address. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their own policies. To stop a second free trial, we keep a one-way hash of your email and of your device. More in our privacy policy.
6. Delete some of your data without deleting your account
Write to munetic.studiogmail.com from the email of your Munu account and say what to delete, for example your synced notes, your linked devices or your usage history. We delete it within 7 days and write back when it is done. Notes that are only on your own phone or computer stay there until you remove the app.
