Խաղա՞նք (Xaxanq) Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Խաղա՞նք · Xaxanq (the "App"), an offline party-game collection developed and published by Moon Labs ("Moon Labs", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

The App is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Where you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or another region with mandatory consumer-protection rules, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

1. The App

Xaxanq is a free, offline collection of party games — Spy, Explain It, Mafia, Who Am I?, and a Blot score sheet — with built-in word content in Armenian, English, and Russian. It has no account, no advertising, no analytics, and no backend server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may add, modify, or remove features of the App from time to time. We may also suspend or discontinue the App in whole or in part with or without notice.

2. No ads or purchases

The App does not show advertising and does not offer in-app purchases. It is free with no monetization layer of any kind.

3. Your license

Subject to these Terms, Moon Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App for non-commercial personal use on a device you own or control.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
• Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the App;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use the App to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

4. Custom word packs

The App lets you create, edit, and share custom word packs. You are solely responsible for any content you create, including whether it is appropriate for the people you share it with. Custom packs stay on your device unless you actively choose to share or copy them — Moon Labs does not receive, review, host, or moderate them.

Do not create or share content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to distribute.

5. Children and audience

The App's built-in games and word packs are written for a general, family and party audience. It does not require an account and does not knowingly collect personal information from children — see our Privacy Policy. Because players can create their own word packs, the appropriateness of custom content for a given group of players is the responsibility of whoever creates and shares it, not Moon Labs.

6. Fair play

You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation, or third-party software that interferes with the App. We may suspend or discontinue support for a device or version that does so.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, art, sound design, word-pack content, and branding, is the intellectual property of Moon Labs. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest to you.

"Moon Labs", "Խաղա՞նք", "Xaxanq", and related logos are trademarks of Moon Labs. You may not use them without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MUNETIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE THE APP IS FREE WITH NO PURCHASES, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 50.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, the license granted under Section 3 ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
